At Amethyst Home, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging and include all hardware and instructions to ensure the product arrives in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
